Thank you for shopping at Shark Eye Studios. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase.
However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You have 30 calendar days to request a refund from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Any refunds due to damages during shipping must be processed within seven days of receipt. 

Please take pictures and an unboxing video of the damaged item. Keep the original box and all packaging material. 

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.
